If you are pricing out a power wash, you want a straight answer. Here is ours.
Our prices
Every Wally Power Wash price is a "from" price, because no two houses are the same. These are the rates for our Founding 20 homes this spring:
- House Wash: from $275
- Driveway and Concrete: from $175
- Deck and Fence: from $175
- House + Driveway Bundle: from $449
That is the starting point for a typical home in the Wallingford area. Most average-sized homes land close to it.
What moves the price up
Size. A small ranch costs less to wash than a two-story colonial. More siding, more driveway, and more deck all take more time and more cleaning solution.
Stories. A second story means taller ladders, longer hoses, and more care around windows and trim. Two-story homes price higher than one-story homes.
Condition. A house washed two years ago is a maintenance wash. A house that has not been touched in ten years, with green algae growing up the north side, is a restoration job. Heavy buildup takes longer and sometimes takes a second treatment.
Access. Tight lots, steep driveways, heavy landscaping tight against the house, and fences that block hose runs all slow the work down. Easy access keeps the price down.
What you bundle. Combining services into one visit is cheaper than booking them separately. That is why the House + Driveway bundle costs less than the two services on their own.
What you will hear from other companies
Prices for this work are all over the map. Some companies quote low on the phone and add charges at your door. Some charge by the hour, which rewards working slowly. We would rather give you a firm starting price, walk the property, and confirm the number before any water runs. The price we agree on is the price you pay.
The Founding 20 rate lock
Wally Power Wash opens for its first season in spring 2027, and our first 20 homes are the Founding 20. Founding homes lock in the rates above. Your founding rate stays locked again for your next wash, and founding homes get first pick of spring dates when we start scheduling in February.
